Very professsional. Took extreme care when moving the piano. Understood the value (to us) of its tradition as a family heirloom. Was very friendly and explained all charges well and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They damaged my stairway carpeting and it had to be replaced. They did not play any games but got right on solving the problem. I would absolutely hire them again. You learn a lot about a company when there is a problem.

Recently got them hired to move my things from two storage units I had, to my home. They were very quick and efficient and did a really good job. I got a scratch on like 2-3 things out of the whole lot. That's the only knock on them. Maybe they needed to slow down just a bit. Otherwise 5 stars.

We used Pack it up moving during a home remodel. We had them move our furniture out of the house into a storage container, and back into the home once the project was complete. They took care to protect everything. They were courteous and very professional. David was accessible to schedule our move and answer questions. He was very nice to work with. Our movers did a fantastic job. The job is charged by the hour and they worked quickly and didn't waste time. The entire experience was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to recommend Pack it up moving for any moving project you may have.

Pack it Up Moving had a long day moving our house. We had an extraordinary amount of boxes and an extremely long driveway, which made for and exhausting day. Despite these challenges, Adam, Dustin, and Lupe powered through and continued to not only load the vans, but they also unloaded at our new house. The guys were courtesy, respectful, and thoughtful, throughout this arduous experience. We highly recommend this company.

My experience with these movers was great! I, of course, just happened to move during the huge dump of snow on February 12 in Tri-Cities. They were professional and took care of everything! They left zero mud or snow in the house during the entire time they were in and out moving everything. I also had an upright piano that weighed about a million pounds - at my last move, I swear the movers were crying by the end of moving that thing. Pack it Up Moving staff were able to move it with zero damage and they were incredibly careful with it the whole time.When they arrived in Seattle, they were really careful about the marble steps leading into the building - they took extra care to cover the steps so that nothing was damaged when they moved the monster of a piano into the house.I'm amazed at how fast they worked, and they were able to get me loaded into my new place quickly, and without any damage. They will also work with your budget, which is nice. An added note, they are all so nice. If you're going to spend time with people moving your belongings, it was great to have such friendly, fun people to help during a stressful process! I decided on Pack It Up Moving regardless of the Google reviews. They came in and did an in-home estimate and gave a competitive price. I appreciated that they were able to work around our schedule as we had to reschedule due to availability of the new place was a bit in flux.The crew showed on up time and got to work pretty quickly. We had a 2200 sqft 2 story home to move out of with a decent amount of heavy furniture on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately our wood banister got dinged up a bit. It took 2 full truckloads to move all of our heavy stuff.We didn't have them move any of our boxes or smaller items, just larger things that required 2 or more people to move.Do pay attention to breaks and lunches the workers take. Originally they put down 30 minutes for lunch and I had to talk with the owner to get that corrected to the hour they took (I had timestamped texts with my wife if it was needed, but a quick mention to the owner and didn't need them).I did have a couple pieces of wood dressers that had damage to them. I still need to touch base with the owner regarding those damages to adjust the cost. It was towards the end of the move and I think the workers were getting tired and a little sloppy.All total it was 6.5 hours of moving and the bill came out to around $800.I may use them again in a few months once my new home is complete and we're ready to move in.Note: Full disclosure, I did get a 5% discount for posting a review on Google regarding my move.
